At The Fantasy Blades, we are dedicated to delivering your legendary collectibles safely and efficiently. As our items are premium, heavy-duty replicas, we take extra care in packaging and handling.

🛠️ 1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard Replicas: 1–5 business days for handling and quality checks.

  • Made-to-Order / Hand-forged Items: May take 15–35 business days depending on crafting complexity. Specific timelines are noted on individual product pages.

  • Note: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

🚚 2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME We ship directly from our specialized workshops and global warehouses to ensure the best quality control.

  • United States: 5–14 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

  • Disclaimer: These are estimates provided by carriers. Transit times may be affected by weather, holiday volumes, or customs inspections.

📦 3. SHIPPING CARRIERS & RESTRICTIONS

  • Carriers: We use trusted partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and specialized logistics for heavy items.

  • ⛔ NO PO BOX / APO / FPO: Due to the size and nature of our products (Swords/Replicas), we cannot ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.

🌍 4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & LEGALITY (IMPORTANT)

  • Import Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT mandated by their country.

  • Customs Seizure: While we ship items as "Decorative/Collectible Display Models" to facilitate clearance, compliance with local laws is the buyer's responsibility. The Fantasy Blades is not liable for package seizures, confiscation, or destruction by customs authorities in the destination country. Please verify your local import laws before ordering.

✉️ 5. ADDRESS ACCURACY Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. Once an order has left our facility, we cannot reroute it.

🔒 6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Delivered but Missing: We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received (e.g., stolen from porch). We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location.

  • Tracking Issues: If your tracking number has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

❌ 7. ORDER CANCELLATION You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once the processing phase has begun or the item has shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
