RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: December 27, 2025
At The Fantasy Blades, we take pride in offering high-quality replicas and legendary swords. Because of the unique, heavy, and often handcrafted nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review our policy below before placing your order.
1. 🔁 RETURN WINDOW We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY (IMPORTANT)

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order has likely entered our processing or shipping queue. At this point, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a standard return (Subject to Restocking Fees).
3. 💰 RESTOCKING FEES & RETURN COSTS If you choose to return an item due to a change of mind (remorse returns), the following fees apply to cover our logistics and packaging costs:

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. 🛠️ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your sword arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description:

No Fee: We will replace it or refund you in full (including shipping) at no extra cost.

Requirement: You must contact us at support@thefantasyblades.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damage.

Note on Handcrafted Items: Slight variations in paint, finish, or scabbard fit are normal in handcrafted replicas and are not considered defects.
5. 🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS We cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

Custom Commissions: Items made specifically to your unique specifications.

Customs Seizures: Orders confiscated or destroyed by customs in your country due to local import regulations (as stated in our Shipping Policy).

Used/Altered Items: Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer (e.g., blade chipping from impact/combat).

Final Sale: Clearance items marked as final sale.
6. 📦 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Contact Us: Email support@thefantasyblades.com with your Order # and photos of the item.

Wait for Approval: We will review your request within 1-2 business days.

Ship It Back: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address (located in Houston, TX). Do not send items back without prior approval.
7. 💳 REFUND METHOD Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
